I bought an all-in-one HP scanner/printer and I installed the driver software. I use Scanning Wizard or any of the scanning dialogs in Windows XP and the window just closes without any warning when I click on a drop-down menu or button or anything like that.
I returned the printer/scanner and bought an Epson one and installed the drivers on a different computer with Windows XP and the exact same problem happens.
What is going on here?
