Firefox + McAfee = bad?

i just installed McAfee antivirus/firewall on my pc, and everything was running fine until recently that it started giving me warnings about firefox everytime i opened it. already clicked on fully allow and added it to the trusted programs to access the internet list on mcafee. and it still gives me a warning whenever i open it. anyone knows what could be causing it?

I like firefox as much as the next guy and I use it too, but I got smacked with spyware just from looking at porn a couple weeks ago

I know what I am doing on the internets, too. It's serious business.
