Winamp playlist problem

Name: Anonymous 2006-08-03 1:10

Winamp's playlist displays non-english file names in garbage. Looks like the unicode is being gay/not there. The name displays fine the the task bar, and if I view the file info through winamp is appears fine. It makes navigating directories of Japanese/Chinese/Russian song titles rather troublesome. Does anyone know a fix for this? Or possibly a different audio player that dosen't have this problem?
Thanks.

This is more something you should be posting on winamp.com/forums

They're not dicks they'll answer you, if it hasn't been answered already.

Use foobar2000 instead

I have found that to be a good solution as well, but even foobar screws up on some tags.
Is there a way to set the codepage for such songs manually?

Don't change these.
