I have an ultra ATA 133 hdd. Can a motherboard that says somthing like "Two IDE interfaces (up to 4 IDE devices) with UDMA-33, ATA-66/100 support from embedded IDE controller" Can it still use UltraATA133 hdd? thanks!

yeah, it'll just function at the lower speed.
