Problems With Windowblinds

For some reason, WB is refusing to skin my start menu, and most of my windows look very grey and flat no matter what skin I use.  I know it's probably something blatantly obvious I'm missing, but it's really starting to bug the shit out of me.  Any suggestions?

Also, I used to have a skin for WB.  It was a grey and blue skin called something like ninja.  The file transfer animation was a spinning shuriken.  If someone could point me in it's dierection, I'd be very happy.  Thanks all!
