Gif viewing

I am haveing a problem that i need your help with.
I cannot view .gif pics they don't play.
but if someone else saves it and sends it to my computer they work WTF.
I reinstalled windows and got a new HD, cables, and video card.
Please any idea is welcome.

you have zonealarm antivirus, i trust.

change your settings. allow animated ads.
