Mozilla SeaMonkey

Is this browser any good?
Does it support Firefox plugins (such as the 4chan plugin)?

No, its not good. Its alot like opera, its an all-in-one internet suite. If you're used to FF, you'll hate it.

I don't know about plugin support, but honestly, theres no reason to use it anymore.

It's like FF, just faster.

Is it really faster? It used to be because it used a newer branch of the Gecko renderer, but Firefox caught up with 1.5, if I remember correctly.

Mozilla's a bit weird and dated, but some people like it. It's not quite as huge as it used to be, but I'd say unless you want something that feels like Netscape Communicator you should grab Opera instead.

Mozilla Seamonkey is great for people who tried Firefox and hated it's user-friendly setup.  Seamonkey works much more efficient for daily use than Firefox if you know how to use it.

It doesn't look as horrible neither.  There's no useless tiny search bar.  The classic icons still look far better than Firefox's default ones.

That search bar rocks. It's got queries for all my torrent sites.

Is it really faster?

Everything's faster than FF.

There's a novel idea in Firefox that allows you to remove items from the toolbars.

Don't change these.
