okay so i stupidly updated my windows and blah blah blah, i noticed my bandwidth monitor programs don't report more than 10kbps anymore and before that my max has always been at least 90kbps
anyhow i google'd and found a way to remove it (safemode etc)
but i noticed my connection is listed as (accoridng to infospeed.verizon.net) 1x ISDN 64.0K 81.7KBits 10.2KBytes
does anyone know how can i reverse this fuck? or fix it myself? google has failed me with any query about connection speed with wga
