Combining CUE files?

I have two CUE files, each about the size of a CD. I can open each of them up in Nero and burn them to seperate CDs, but I'd rather have them both on one DVD, with some other files. Is this possible? I tried opening it with WinRAR, but that didn't work.

Help? Anybody?
