Quiet Desktop ATX case

I'm looking for a small sized case that can still house my big honking 7800gt. I was hoping for something well ventilated as well as quiet in a desktop atx variety.

I was looking at that Lian Li case but it turns out that it's not quite silent? Could I switch out the fans or something to make it more quiet? I'm looking specifically at this case because it seems to be ventilated enough to not cause overheating issues. I'm not overclocking anything.

Spekaing of quiet cases, I want to get my system quieter more lowering the fan speed.  How 'how' should I push my CPU (Athlon)?  It's currently running at 56 idle.

56 idle is high...
