i have this program that is supposed to shut off exploits for warcraft, but it covers my task manager (it is blank) so i cant turn it off.

problem is sometimes MSN or winamp crashes and i need TM to close it, and it often happens in a middle of a game. Any way to make me see TM again without shutting off said program?

You could always use pstools. In some scenarios it's a lot more useful than that half-baked task manager will ever be.

Process explorer is a free, more detailed version of the taskbar. It'll let you kill processes.

if you got windows xp pro you can use the taskkill command

start->run->cmd->taskkill /im:winamp.exe /f[enter]
