what the butt

my fucking windows doesnt work anymore. well it actually does, but only in safe mode. on normal mode the monitor just turn off like it does when you setup the monitor to turn off after some idle time to save power, and stays like that, unusable

well, it turns off, but still has power. it stays like when you leave pc idle for some time and the monitor turn off, for energy saving purposes. when you press anything on keyboard or move the mouse cursor its supposed to turn on again, but it never happens
