Is there an English version to nrLaunch? I can't read the damn menus, and I really like the look of it.

Why the hell would a web browser have a desktop icon manager implemented in it?

Ok.
Download:

Some skins:
http://noraneco.pos.to/software/nrlaunch/skins/index.html

The skins shown in these links are crap but there's a HEAP of awesome skins floating around the web. Everything from clean and simplistic, as shown top left corner here: http://makers-home.mine.nu/cgi-bin/desktop/imgf/255-d2.jpg
Or more chunkier things, like http://frozenface.hp.infoseek.co.jp/nr/pre/nr_saber_pre.jpg

Number of icon cells can be defined, toggle pin to desktop, blah blah blah.
It's really handy for people with heaps of icons on their desktop, as they can be grouped together all snuggly in categories as opposed to leaving it on the windows desktop normally and clotting up half your screen.
It's also less gayer than shit like Object Dock.
