Png for paint in win2k?

Is there any way to get windows XP's paint style in windows 2000?
I want to save/edit/etc pngs and jpegs, not just bmps.

yes you need the opensource png plugin which interfaces with the Microsoft Paint Open Technology Port.

you can find it on sourceforge. just keep looking.
