Wirefull -> Wireless?

Is there a way to convert a normal router into a wireless one through plugins or attachments or something?  I've moved into a new place, and while the old router I had was fine for there, now I'll have to have wires running through the entire house.

The one I have is a Linksys somethingsomethingsomething.  Thanx!

No. Just buy a new one. They're like < 30USD.
Also, don't forget wireless cards. (cost varies)

you can buy 100fts at newegg for 10 bucks. Line them along the wall and then drill a hole through the ceiling where you need to. Of course, this is a retarded idea if you're moving.

you could connect your wired router to an old computer with a wlan-card and use it as gateway.
