wma to mp3?

anyone knows a good program to convert wma files to mp3? nothing to complicated, just with an option to reduce the song size/bit rate(?)

Winamp can play Napster files. All you have to do is enable the WAV output writer and it will write them to wav files.

How do you download music off Napster for free anyway? I tried it and it only lets you listen to the tracks at an uberfuck low quality.

Weren't the Winamp people forced by Microsoft to make out_disk not work with in_wma?

In any case, I've successfully converted wma to wav with dbpoweramp in the past.

I'm not sure if you can download the songs for free. I go to penn state and it's included in our technology fee since the don't want to get sued by the RIAA for anything illegal that's done on campus. But with the full version you can download .wma files that stop working after the sememster's over.
