Video problems when running Azureus

Name: Anonymous 2006-06-03 21:31

I can't see video whenever a program like Azureus or Limewire is open. Both of them to my knowledge run on Java. Is there anything I can do about this? In any case where I'm not downloading anything, I'd just close the program.

Use uTorrent? WTF, man.

How about a reasonable response without the unnecessary fanboyism? Seriously, 2, go back to /b/ or /g/ and spam that nonsense.

Any video in any player? Have you tried reinstalling Java?

Java has a lot of problems, and the only way to solve them is by uninstalling it.

Why isn't it a reasonable response?

Here, let me be more clear: if you're having a problem with a program, find another one that does the same thing without the problem. Hot shit, that was hard!

There are plenty of alternatives to Azureus. Use them.

ADUR READ THE FUCKING POST

It's a Java problem, not an Azureus problem.

WHICH WOULD BE SOLVED IF HE DIDN'T FUCKING USE A POS JAVA APP, RIGHT?

yes, because if there is a problem with a platform, fuck every program on that platform and use another platform.

leet tech support. go back to /g/ and post your desktop with your shitty utorrent open faggot.

fuck every program on that platform and use another platform.

Sure, why not? What client-side java apps are there that don't suck? Eclipse and Azureus? lol xbox hueg

Of course, if the penguin fuckers are to be believed, ditching all the programs just because of the platform is a perfectly valid choice. M$ droolz, amirite?

Name: Anonymous 2006-06-04 4:29

Java isn't an M$ thing.

ERmm right about your video problem. Goto your display properties and check that u didn't enable AA or AF on the global driver setting, this is for nVidia, dunno about ATI but it should have something similar. It's something that I've had problem with before and this is how i solved it. Apparently it's the way java calls the display.

I can't find it. Yes I do have nVidia.
