screen blurring @_@

recently (since I've moved) my monitor has started to have periods of blurring. it doesn't happen too often, but when it does it blurs and sharpens back and forth and it's driving me MAD. also, usually when it blurs it's blurring virtically. don't know if that would help identifying the problem though.

anyone know how I can make it stop?

is it a CRT? it sounds like it's starting to fail. go get it checked out.

Maybe the degauss function is messed up or maybe it needs to be degaussed.
