music tag editor

I'm looking for a very specific feature in a tag-editor.

I need to be able to set a constant in a tag field for it to remove

For example, two songs, thier song names are as so:

DS1-1-All The Love In The World
DS1-2-You Know What You Are?


I can enter how I want the tags to be handled.
For example, I can put in

DS1-*

(*=anything)
And have it set to remove the "DS1-", leaving "*"

Can anyone help me out here?
