Not by date (Windows)

How do I make it so windows shows files and folders by name and not date when you are looking through them like you would if you were on /b/ and clicked 'Browse'. Just a few days ago it was working fine then I had like a crash and now its sorting them by date and it sucks to right click and do 'arrage by' everytime.

I haven't used Windows in ages, but from what I can remember you can set the display style (icons, list, details) and sorting method then go to Tools > Folder Options and select the 'View' tab then press the button for the option to apply that layout to all folders.
