Okay, this has been irking me for a long time. Whenever I play flash movies, youtube videos, myspace music, even when /b/ has a theme going, i can't get the sound to play. I put up with it, but now I have a music page thing going and i really need to be able to... hear. I've tried reinstalling flash, quicktime, even shockwave, my sound card drivers, but none of that does anything.
Sound wont play in: Flash, quicktime (videos), youtube, myspace, sound editing programs (windows sound recorder, audacity, vocal removing programs, roxio burning program). They work in windows media player, realplayer, VLC player, iTunes, winamp.
I can't seem to find anything in common with the things that work and don't work, except that two of them are made by macromedia... so i'm stumped. Any suggestions or help or... anything?
