Help with proxies

hey super cool cats I need some noob help with compfuzer. Im tryng to set up proxy with firefox, it seems im doing it the tedidous way (Tools> Options> Connection settings> Manual Proxy configuration. Now I have been looking around and it seems >none< of these IP's are working. Any quicker way to check all the IPs to see if they work or is there another way to use a known one that works.

just use tor / privoxy, it's set up so idiots can use it
