I have Photoshop and ImageReady CS, but sometimes I want to edit something real quick and I don't like to wait for either of the programs to load. Can someone recommed a program that's light, but functional like PS?

Paint Dot Net isnt a bad bet, but if you want the functionality of PS then PS is probably the best option.

You could load them at startup and always keep them running. :)

A lower version of photoshop? I have 7.0 and it loads in 10 seconds on a 1.3 ghz machine with standard ddr ram. Someday I'll upgrade *cough pirate* CS.

How the hell do you sleep at night?

I sleep in a bed, next to a woman, aware of piracy and software freedom, and how great they are. (Almost as great as sex)

>>1 Get more RAM so your machine will load PS faster.

I sleep in a bed in my basement, next to an imaginary woman, fapping to the porn I've just pirated.
