Hey, I have got several tiny 2 Oz bottles of Wakefield Industrial Thermal Compound Part No. 120-2. I Googled for and found a Data Sheet: http://www.atmos.umd.edu/~russ/MSDS/wakefield_thermal_compound.htm
It seems like regular white thermal compound. A graph on the bottle says it has about 0.05C/watt thermal resistance increating to 0.06 after appoximately 1/2 year of operation.
Is there something special about this 'industrial' compound versus the many other greases you can buy in PC stores?
