Cannot surf while Bittorrent is on

hey guys i have a 1mb connection with a estimated max dl speed of about 100kbps. however if my azureus is on no matter what my download speed will be (even if i am downloading at 10kbps), websites take forever to load, if at all.

when it fails to load it just gives me to log in screen to connect to my ISP. wtf? of course my internet is still on.

it is fine if my BT is off. it shouldnt be this way. is there any way around it?

I'm more inclined to agree with 11 here. perhaps your ISP has a max ammount of simultaneous connections, or even your router is holding you back here. That or your 1MB connection is not trully 1MB
