Alright, Currently on my HD is a movie in KVCD.DVDRiP.TUS format.
In the folder is 31 winrar files with the movie title and 24 r files all numbered sequencaly. ( R20, R21, R22 ect ) Also there is a SFV file.
How do I
A) Get this to play with Nero or other media program
B) Once I get it to play normaly, Will I be able to burn to DVD-R as usual?

The 24 files form a split rar archive, together with one of the rar files. It interesting that you have 31 of those.. could you give a full list of filenames? Normally you'd only have one rar file, which you'd unrar to get the actual files.

There is nothing unusual about the split rar. Just open any one of them and extract.
As for the kvcd.. I think Nero handles that. If not, try Fireburner or VCDEasy. They can be a little bit of a bitch, though, and not all players work with them. You can actually load it with an emulator and then rip the MPEG without the kvcd, though - as in, put the MPEG on a VCD instead.

Ok. I extracted the KVCD file. I can play it with nero. Just one of the 31 winrar files has the whole movie inside it so I have no clue why there is 31 of them. and the R files? .. makes no sense to me. Now, I tried to just do a straight burn, no dice. It will play a KVCD but It can't recognise it in the burn to dvd operation. How do I get it to? I looked for a plug in.. Google was no help. Tried to convert it too useing nero's DVD recoder. Nodice.
