A while ago my cd tray stopped opening. So i took it in to get it fixed since I have a warranty (i'm not too good with computers).
Anyways, the cd tray was replaced but it still had the same problem. Luckily this was found out before leaving the store. The problem was some wires needed to be replaced.
Well, fast forward to more recently. I always had a pirated copy of nero express and it always burned everything flawlessly. After i had the wires fixed, they gave me a free version of nero on a cd. When i got home i reformatted and installed my pirated version but it wouldnt burn anything. So i installed the legit copy of nero i was given.
Well, ever since I've had to use the legit copy of nero i get disc read errors like 50% of the time on burns. That means the burn failed right? Any suggestions as to what I can do to counteract the whole shittiness of this situation?
