PCI card for a monitor input?

Name: Anonymous 2006-04-17 16:56

I'm building a computer, and the board I picked up doesn't have a monitor input.

Is it possible for me to buy a PCI card with a monitor connector, or am I screwed?

Yop, probably screwed... Mainboards usually don't have integrated Video Cards. So what you need basically is... A Video Card ^_^. Those usually are AGP or PCI-Express (some older Voodoo-Cards were PCI I think) - so, if you wanna see something, it's gotta be a graphics card!

Anyways: There is nothing like a monitor INput, a monitor is for output, you know ^_~.
