Though I think adding CPU Time to the Windows Task Manager columns will show the same thing under System Idle Process.

2. run > cmd > net statistics server | find "Statistics since"

GetTickCount works when its less than 50 days. Check MSDN.

The System Idle Process only measures *idle* CPU time. If you're using 100% CPU for 3 hours, it'll be 3 hours off. It's unreliable for measuring uptime.
