Eradicate suspend mode

Hi, I want to vanish suspend mode from Windows XP and Windows 2000 machines. I don't care if the option is still shown as long as it doesn't work. It must not work from these shitty multimedia keyboards crap keys either. How can I do this?

Control Panel->Power Options->Hibernate->Disable
Don't change these.
