External HD with both Ethernet and USB

I am trying to look for an external HD that can connect via ethernet OR USB.

I know there are a couple of external ethernet-enabled HDs with USB connections but those USB connections are to connect TO the external HD. I'm looking for an external HD that has both ethernet and USB connection to the computer.

Any ideas?

I have a "Micro Uplus" IDE hard drive to USB case I found in Best Buy for $50.  It's a hell of a lot cheaper than a network storage device or an "external hard drive," and you can change the internal hard drive whenever you want when powered off.  It's also more convenient than fucking around with a tower case, and works great with laptops.
