360 and new TV, or new computer tower

hey guys I have saved up $1600USD and have two options get a new TV and a Xbox 360 for about $400 for the Xbox360 and $800 for the TV, or build a new computer tower for $1200 to $1300.

I really love to build computers, but theres some really cool games for the
360, but my computer is 3 years old and upgrading it is useless, but I really do need a new TV my curent one doesnt have AV ports on it. but theres also some awsome computer games that are coming out and the games
I have on my computer right now dont run well. so /comp/ please give suggestions

actually to be fair, you could get a cable to hook the xbox up to that tft screen for about $80

it would be more like $550 for the PC and $500 for the Xbox. Not a big difference IMHO. If you add a modchip to the Xbox so you can pirate like a PC user, you're probably talking $600 for the Xbox. If you care, that is.
