360 and new TV, or new computer tower

hey guys I have saved up $1600USD and have two options get a new TV and a Xbox 360 for about $400 for the Xbox360 and $800 for the TV, or build a new computer tower for $1200 to $1300.

I really love to build computers, but theres some really cool games for the
360, but my computer is 3 years old and upgrading it is useless, but I really do need a new TV my curent one doesnt have AV ports on it. but theres also some awsome computer games that are coming out and the games
I have on my computer right now dont run well. so /comp/ please give suggestions

I know most people don't actually BUY windows, But that's probably going to change real soon with Vista. Microsoft is tired of missing out on all of those $200 sales.

Just was tating the price because even without it, you're still spending about 1000-1200 to get an equal or slightly better gaming experience than a $400 console. You could always throw more money into totally blowing it out of the water. But with enough money one could probably blow Blue Gene out of the water.
