I am currently running two 512MB sticks of PC3200 in dual channel (I think. There are three slots and the middle slot is empty) on this mother board and I would like to know if it would be more worth my while (performance) to stick another 512 in or get a 1GB stick.

Wouldn't dual-channel mean that your board has an even number of slots?

The board specs are 3 x 184 DDR DIMM sockets that support dual-channel DDR400. Two blue, one black. One stick in a blue, another in the black and they're in dual channel. I think that I've figured it out though. Thanks for your time.

Get a 1 Gb stick. I had an old socket 754 motherboard that I had running the same configuration.
