Viruses are fucking gay

Name: Anonymous 2006-03-25 20:23

I hate Windows too.

I have a virus called Pate.b and it's infected like every .exe file on my PC.

Mcafee is spending like 30 minutes looking at shit in the Battlefield 2 folder too, what a waste of time.

This is really pissing me off, I think I'm gonna switch to Linux.

Name: Anonymous 2006-03-25 21:00

if your only reason to use linux is that you don't want viruses, I suggest running OSX

Name: Anonymous 2006-03-25 21:06

lol

Okay, so it cleaned 280,185 files on C: drive...now onto F: drive....

Name: Anonymous 2006-03-25 21:12

Cleaned? Why would you even bother keeping the system? I'm surprised it's still running. Why didn't McAffee protect you in the first place? How did you manage to execute the virus in the first place?

I don't want to get into the whole Unix vs Microsoft virus battle, but the design of Windows really has little to do with your getting viruses. Switch if you like, but you're switching for the wrong reason.

Name: Anonymous 2006-03-25 21:27

Okay, supposedly it's fixed.

Why keep the system? Cause I play Oblivion maxed out on it...

you're an idiot if you're using mcaffee. 'nuff said.

Stop using Internet Explorer.

Name: Anonymous 2006-03-25 22:30

I use Opera not IE.

Idiot? What virus removal should I use?

Name: Anonymous 2006-03-26 3:14

Mcaffee is bloated, slow, and doesn't work. If you don't mind pirating, I suggest Symantec Antivirus corporate.

Best AV ever.

lmfao wow. suggesting mcaffee > symantec switches to avoid bloat. Now I've seen everything.

Name: Anonymous 2006-03-26 6:48

>>11
Actually they're suggesting symantec > mcaffee switches to avoid bloat.
Learn to read before you post, fucktard.

You're reading '>' as 'is better than' instead of 'to'?
And believe it or not, but it's actually possible to stay free of viruses simply by not being an idiot.

Name: Anonymous 2006-03-26 7:06 (sage)

Symantec corporate edition is not bloated.

Name: Anonymous 2006-03-26 9:07

LOL

yeah, it's not bloated -to you- after having been fucked in the ass by NAV for 6 years. This is sort of like human rights violations in Iraq. "HEY BE THANKFUL YOU'RE EVEN ALIVE WHILE I CUT YOUR DICK OFF AND RAPE YOUR WIFE"

Name: Anonymous 2006-03-26 10:16

>>15
try it out sometime why wont you?
On my system right now, the auto protect is using about 3000K Mem.
If thats bloated, then I'm running win95

Name: Anonymous 2006-03-26 10:57

Ever since I installed "Common Sense 3.0" my computer boots up quicker and runs smoothly. No viruses with no bloat. Try it some time guys.

Name: Anonymous 2006-03-26 11:13

Uh, sandboxes?

Name: Anonymous 2006-03-26 17:54

Okay, so I got rid of it.

I got an AVG trial and ran it in safe mode.

I deleted and replaced some System 32 dll files and edited the registry where this shit raped it.

Scanned again and no trace of it.
