Tiny Personal Firewall

I'm using Tiny Personal Firewall 2.0.15. I have two Machines with WinXP SP2 inside a Domain. Tiny is running well on one machine. On the other one I always get the popup message "SERVICE_CONTROL_INTERROGATE". Google fails answering, all results don't solve the problem. Maybe you have a good idea...

UPDATE:
As you know TinyPF was owned by Kerio. Then KerioPF was owned by Sunbelt in december 2005. The new Sunbelt version has a test period of 30 days. After that it deactivates some features like cookie and popup blocker. But the main features stay intact :). And as bonus I was able to import my old configs and rules from TinyPF, yay!
