Bookmark frames page w/ frame pages preserved

I'm using Firefox. I want to bookmark for some of my favourite boards for quicker access. How do I bookmark /b/ for example with the left frame and /b/ preserved. Currently only the top level frame container page is bookmarked so I always come to the front page.

Create a local page with two frames, the sidebar and /b/, then bookmark that.
