Bookmark frames page w/ frame pages preserved

I'm using Firefox. I want to bookmark for some of my favourite boards for quicker access. How do I bookmark /b/ for example with the left frame and /b/ preserved. Currently only the top level frame container page is bookmarked so I always come to the front page.

Actually, >>3 and >>5 who are not me won the thread. You can't do this without special extensions so stop whining, and air is not wasted, only bandwidth and storage space.
