I just installed Fedora Core 5, and Decided to browse over to 4chan. I noticed that Fedora uses an interesting font in Firefox, and the left Menu Frame is streched so much that I have to scroll. I had Debian installed before, and it displayed the frame fully, no scrolling needed, Has anyone else experienced this? If so, any way to fix it so I don't have to scroll to get to /w/?

No such issue for me, I've been on Development packages of Fedora up till the release of FC5, and the fonts are all happy like. You may want to look at Advanced Fonts and Colors in Preferences though, your sans-serif could be wrong.

I fixed it. Not sure how though. I uninstalled firefox, installed firefox 1.0.7, and then used yum to update firefox to 1.5.0.1.
