Spy Software

Hey, I need the ability to track everything people do on my computers(winXP).  I don't need the reports sent remotely or anything, I just need to be able to look over the program's log and tell if anyone installed anything, or ran any strange programs since last I looked at it. 

Anyone know of any good software?

Why son't you just lock your machine when you're not around? Spy software is a waste of system resources and fixing the problems after the fact is nowhere near as good as prevention.

If you have someone who needs the machine give them a Limited User account.
