Spy Software

Hey, I need the ability to track everything people do on my computers(winXP).  I don't need the reports sent remotely or anything, I just need to be able to look over the program's log and tell if anyone installed anything, or ran any strange programs since last I looked at it. 

Anyone know of any good software?
