You can embed it in a flash object.

But don't, it's really really rude and it'll make visitors to your site hate you.

PROTIP: DON'T USE EMBEDDED SOUND ON YOUR WEBSITE! It will scare you visitors away because they don't want to hear shitty sounds coming from you site.
If you really want something like that make it optional.

Embedded sound sucks. There used to be plenty of that shit before 2000 (remember all the midis?). Today there aren't. Guess why?
