Recommend me a good mouse

I bought a mighty mouse for my mac, but its scrollball is full of AIDS. However, I really, really need the horizontal scrolling, and I don't like tilt wheels. I don't care about wireless one way or the other.
Do you have some good recommendations? Thanks!

Get a PC. They have real mouses.

I buy cheap optical mice. What's the point of getting fancy?

Maybe it's because I've used too many square mice with balls in them, but shit, it's a fucking mouse. All mice now days are nice.

People still use mice with buttons? I use complex keyboard combinations instead which had me install an extra arm in order to point with the mouse at the same time.
