XP asking to resize images when emailing

When doing right-click -> send to -> email recipient in win XP, there's this annoying dialog box popping up asking me if i want to resize pictures before emailing, i've been looking around for some way to disable this, but so far come up with nothing. Surely someone here must know how to?

That's because tards send 3-5 MPix pictures as is by email with a funny purple or yellow subtitle written in Comic Sans MS.
