Best graphic card for AGP motherboard

First of all: The specs on the computer don't matter, right?
Okay, anyways, I want recomendations on the best graphic card out the for AGP motherboards. No matter the price, tell me the name and I will check it up (I am so new to graphic cards, I used to be so computer-dumb, that I cared for Capacity over GHz, RAM, and graphic card [I bought a graphic card for 100 dallas when I bought my computer])

Club3D GeForce 7800 GS Looks like a good one, right? Is it worth getting? Probably better than my current one (Sapphire Radeon 9600 Atlantis)
