Im doing a reformat in about a hour and i was wondering what os you guys would recomend all ive been useing is Windows Xp Pro. im not trying to spam i realy do want to know if there is anything better than the windows world(lol like almost anything).

Just stick to XP. It's easy. It's really not worth your time putzing around linux unless you're specifically trying to do something.

Really, all my Windows-friends were impressed by it. Some are still using it.

Since you're reformating anyway you might as well try some stuff. If you don't like it you've lost nothing. This is how I started using Linux.
