buying webspace

what's a good place to buy webspace for a business website?
I once went to a chatroom and asked this, they told me I shouldn't pay anything more than the change in my pocket a month, alittle wary to alot of places shouting 'DEAL!' when its more than that.

Trying to build a business related website for real estate purposes and don't know where to host. Already have a URL. Primarily non-flash, but do intend to implement a secondary flash section for flash enabled users. For a realtor, not a large company. Don't know how much traffic/bandwidth I'll need but it'll be on the scale of a small business.

What do you guys recommend?

If you're after shared hosting, I'd suggest Site5.

Dreamhost

Not Dreamhost. If you're running a business, you need someone with fast turn-around. In my experience, Dreamhost usually takes 24 hours or longer.

Site5's is closer to 10 minutes.

ALL HOSTING MUST GO WITHIN THE NEXT 5 MINUTES OR IT WILL BE INSTANTLY INCINERATED. $5 HOSTING - UNBELIEVABLE VALUE. ONLY $5!

>>5 is great truth.

Beware of false urgency.

Don't change these.
