c drive wont compleatly defrag

iv been trying to defrag my c drive for the past few days, but it dosent compleatly finish. heres a pic of the defrag window, with a cutout of the files that didnt go.

do i have to remove these file or programs in order to finish? and do these files present a problem to the hard drive itself?

It doesn't matter. You will never have a perfect disk.

I expect the files are in use by your OS, so they can't be moved around

i know the green ones ar OS, its that big fat stack of red on the right i cant move.

i guess its not important.

You have a filesystem that fragments? I had one of those once, back when I used to run DOS.

All filesystems fragment. Even the *nix ones. It's just that more modern ones fragment less.
