Winamp 5.2 wont see unicode files anymore.

The media library in Winamp 5.2 won't see unicode files anymore. The old versions saw them fine and just added them to the library with munged ascii characters. Is there any way to force 5.2 to behave the same. I know Winamp doesnt support Unicode.

I won't use any alternative players so don't suggest them. I've tried them but I'm a whore for the Winamp Modern skin and my computer is sufficiently manly to handle the memory bloat.
