Old computer

I have this old computer lying about and i was going to use it as a multimedia server. However nothing is displayed on the screen and im not sure if the bios is loading up. ive tried various video cards and they all wont work.

If it helps i think the bios is made by award (but theres no way of me making sure of this)

try removing non-essential parts until it starts working
if it doesnt work, check if its on fire

but does it have SLI?

Depends on your definition of "old". Most people would say hardware from 1998 is pretty old.
